Oregon Vacation Rentals: Rental Terms
This home was purchased for our own family. We are offering it for Oregon Vacation Rentals and prefer to rent at reasonable rates to guests who treat it well. While using our home, we’d like to also find a few guests to build relationships with and who return each year. It would be great if after the first year or two, guests are returning like old friends. As owners we are very easy going. We do expect our guests to be honest about the number of occupants staying in our home.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May & June …. $1600/week plus $125 cleaning and security deposit
July – September … $2000/week plus $125 cleaning and security deposit
Oct- April … $ 600/week plus $125 cleaning and security deposit
Oct – April … $300/weekend plus $125 cleaning and security deposit
Holiday Weeks …. $2000/week plus $125 cleaning and security deposit
